    Stop to trying to please everyone around you. Most people pleasing is fake. Try being genuine instead. Honesty is much more valuable and refreshing. The more genuine and honest you are, the more happy you’ll be. And if you’re happy, you’ll make everyone around you happy.

    Stop explaining, justifying or defending your choices. Stop worrying about how others perceive you. Stop caring about what they think of you. Life is too short. No one on their deathbed wishes they got more approval from their friends or family. Rather, they often regret the things they wanted to do but didn’t.

    Don’t answer every phone call. Don’t reply to every email or text message. Don’t feel obligated to attend every event you’re invited to. Focus on having a personal boundary.
